Shipping policy
Every gift is wrapped by hand before it travels. Here's how, when and where it reaches you.
Dispatch
Ready-to-ship gifts leave us in 1–2 business days. Personalized or made-to-order pieces need 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Delivery
Metros usually arrive in 2–4 business days after dispatch; other cities and towns in 4–7 business days.
Where we deliver
Across India, to every pin code our courier partners service. If yours isn't serviceable, we'll write to you and arrange an alternative.
Tracking
The moment your parcel is picked up, we email your tracking number — you can also follow it on our Track my order page.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay — never added afterwards. All product prices are GST-inclusive. Bulk and corporate consignments are quoted separately on your corporate enquiry.
Scheduled & occasion delivery
You can choose a preferred delivery date and time slot in your basket, and we'll aim for it. Courier networks slow down around festivals and during weather disruptions, so please place occasion-critical orders a few days early — we'll always tell you if a date looks tight.
Addresses & failed deliveries
Please double-check the address and phone number at checkout — couriers call before delivering. If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable after three attempts, we'll reship once re-delivery charges are settled.
If something arrives damaged
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video and we'll replace or refund it — details on our returns & exchanges page.
